Q. Where can I check my order status?
A. Have your Order ID ready (included in order confirmation email) and click here.
Q. Do you have an exchange and return policy?
A. Yes, we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused products
for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. For more about making a return or exchange click here. 
Q. Do you ship outside the US?
A. Yes, we ship international. We ship to most international locations, which includes over 100 countries.
International orders may take up to 9 - 22 business days for delivery (1 business day process + 8 - 21 business

Q. What payment methods can I use?
A. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal
Q. Is my order information secure?
A. Our print production partner Zazzle is BBB accredited, ETrust and VeriSign secured business. Zazzle’s secure
server software (SSL) is the industry standard for encrypting all payment information. Your data will arrive
privately and unaltered to the server.
Q. Why was my custom postage stamp order canceled?
A. There could be a number of reasons. Only US customers can purchase custom postage. If you place a large
bulk order our production department may email or call you to confirm your order. If you do not respond your
order may be canceled. The US postal service dictates what content is acceptable for US mail, if you customized
your order to include something against the terms set forth by the USPS, we unfortunately cannot print your
order.
